Problem

Manual QA could not keep up with shops, videos and receipts. White-label MSP brands (iSecretShop, BARE, Project Fielder) needed one codebase, a field app that works offline, and AI that follows client rules.

Shared Yii2 MSP: admin, shopper portal, client Director dashboard
Ionic field app: offline shops, geofence, camera, barcode, signature, S3 uploads
OpenAI assistants for grammar, receipt checks, duration fraud and per-client rules
Deepgram STT with PII redaction and timestamped video Q&A
PayPal shopper payouts, SAML SSO, 46+ reports and REST API v1-v4

Result

Shops get reviewed at scale instead of sitting in an editor queue. Integrono's delivery is production AI on top of a real ops platform, not a chatbot slide.
