1. Provider and service

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern paid services offered by Integrono at integrono.com and related pages.

Services are provided by FOP Muravshchyk Ihor Oleksandrovych, RNOKPP (tax identification number) 3079404810, registered in Ukraine (“Provider”). Full contact and registration details are published on the Legal information page.

Integrono delivers software integration, automation, product development and related consulting services. The scope of each engagement is agreed individually before payment.

2. Acceptance and changes

By submitting a payment or otherwise ordering services, you agree to these Terms.

The Provider may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this website where appropriate. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Order procedure

You may order services via the Pay online page or after agreeing the scope with the Provider (email, Telegram or WhatsApp).

Before payment you will see the amount, currency and service description. After successful payment the Provider confirms the order by email or messenger within 2 business days.

4. Contract and service delivery

A contract for paid services is concluded when the Provider confirms successful payment and agrees the work scope (by email, messenger or statement of work).

Services are supplied electronically or remotely unless otherwise agreed. Timelines depend on the agreed scope and are communicated before work starts.

5. Service provision and delivery terms

Integrono provides digital professional services only. No physical goods are shipped.

Services are delivered remotely: online meetings, repository access, staging environments, documentation and other digital deliverables.

Estimated completion timelines are agreed before work starts. Milestone deliverables may be supplied incrementally as work progresses.

6. Payment methods

Payments on this website are processed via WayForPay.

Depending on WayForPay and your bank, you may pay with payment cards (for example, Mastercard / Visa where available), Apple Pay / Google Pay where supported, internet banking, or other instruments supported by WayForPay in your region.

Displayed amounts and currency are shown on the payment page before you confirm payment.

7. Acceptable use

You must provide accurate contact details and cooperate in good faith during delivery.

The Provider aims for professional delivery but does not guarantee specific business outcomes unless explicitly agreed in writing.
