Problem

Manual QA could not keep up with shops, videos and receipts. White-label MSP brands (iSecretShop, BARE, Project Fielder) needed one codebase, a field app that works offline, and AI that follows client rules.

OpenAI assistants for grammar, receipt checks, duration fraud and per-client rules
Deepgram STT with PII redaction and timestamped video Q&A
PayPal shopper payouts, SAML SSO, 46+ reports and REST API v1-v4
