Refund Policy

1. General

This Policy explains how refunds and reimbursement for Integrono services may be requested. It supplements the Terms and Conditions.

2. Custom services

Integrono provides custom professional services. If work has not yet started, you may request cancellation and refund review by contacting the Provider.

If work has already started, refunds are assessed fairly based on delivered milestones and agreed scope.

3. Refund requests

Contact the Provider using the email and phone on the Legal information page. Include the transaction date, amount, payment method and a short description of the issue.

Approved refunds are returned via the same channel where practicable (for card payments, through the WayForPay / acquiring reversal process). Processing time may depend on banks and payment schemes.

4. Transaction cancellation

An unpaid checkout session can be cancelled by closing the WayForPay page without confirming payment — no funds are charged.

For completed payments, the rules in sections 2–3 apply. Contact the Provider as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

5. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact the Provider — many issues are resolved faster through direct support.

6. Consumer rights

Statutory consumer rights in your country may apply in addition to this Policy.
