My contribution was on the engineering side of those products - making hosting, monitoring and client-facing platform pieces reliable enough for businesses that cannot afford downtime or compliance gaps.
- Helped shape managed hosting product surfaces around ERP cloud, EHR/EMR cloud and private datacenter offerings
- Worked on infrastructure-facing features: monitoring hooks, backup/DR related flows and ops visibility for customer environments
- Supported HIPAA / medical and manufacturing hosting narratives with technical product work behind the marketing site
- Integrations mindset: connect hosting control planes, alerts and customer workflows so ops teams see one coherent picture
